I originally joined the organization as a product manager, and subsequently have worked on and led multiple teams across the company. I love data but I lead with my heart. Outside of work, you can find me outdoors enjoying the sunny Southern California weather or on the couch at home watching soccer.
About Angela Chen
I got to know the team here when I was working for a sister company back in 2011. I officially joined the company in 2013. It’s been a great pleasure to learn and grow with the team here as a person, a professional and a leader. There is never a dull moment at work! Like many other finance professionals, I was an auditor my past life before I joined CDM. My team here at CDM manages all accounting, reporting and FP&A functions.
When I’m not at work crunching numbers, you’ll find me on my next travel adventure. I was bitten by the wanderlust bug years ago. I’m always looking forward to find my new favorite spot!
About Yvette Ramos
I joined CDM in 2003. It’s been exciting to be part of its growth and expansion. I started as a Media Buyer managing large strategic partnerships in the display ad marketing channel. I then moved into a leadership role and led our efforts to expand our reach across devices from desktop to mobile and across marketing channels, including display, social, search, and most recently, into content, organic, and influencers. My goal is to be in front of consumers wherever they are online – and provide them with the information and solutions they need. What I love about my job is that I constantly have the opportunity to creatively solve new challenging problems. I definitely enjoy getting into the details myself, but as a leader, I thrive on collaborating with the team and watching them generate and test new ideas. It’s important to me that I cultivate an environment where everyone feels trusted and can bring their true self to work. Outside of work, I’m usually watching my kids play sports, at the beach, or shopping.

I joined CDM in 2005 supporting our Consumer Experience practice. It was and continues to be a unique capability of CDM – enabling data driven decisions based on end to end customer feedback. What drew me in and keeps me here is a business that appreciates the convergence of technology, commerce and creativity. During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to work with and lead teams in Product, Marketing & Technology. I’m fortunate to be surrounded by a great team – and come in everyday to think strategically about how to drive outcomes with technology and data. In my spare time, I’m most likely to be working on some art, craft or music project with daughter.
About Mitch Viner
Generally speaking, my career plans were much more exciting when I was 5. Since that astronaut thing didn’t out, I try to spend my time putting out fires, helping people grow, and making sure that things are legal and documented. I am a part-time ninja with a fear of the dark. I know all 14 herbs and spices, but was sworn to secrecy.
I’m the SVP of Legal, Facilities, and People teams, and have been with the organization for over a decade. Starting out as counsel helping with marketing and affiliate contracts. Corporate generalist with a co-operative business focus, targeting the development and adoption of aggressive, growth and revenue focused internal sales processes, partner relations, OEM and channel negotiation and documentation, intellectual property and contract drafting.
I work with our Compliance team to ensure we’re up to date on all the latest rules. My work with our People and Facilities teams is to ensure that we have the best possible environment, to empower our team members to do their best work and reflect the best versions of themselves.
The best part about my job is coming in every day, to solve new puzzles and address new challenges with a team that likes what they do and comes to win.
When I’m not in the office, I’m taking on all the tasks of a parent of a tech-obsessed son, and two snack-obsessed pugs. I’m always around for a bad joke or a good restaurant recommendation.
